Severe epidemiological measures, which envision a curfew from 22.00-05am, as well as the ban on operating hotel facilities, will be implemented from Monday to Niksic, Berane, Andrijevica and Rozhajee, cities with the highest number of patients, while Podgorica and Kotor will limit coffee work until 22.
Also, tonight from midnight across Montenegro, a protective mask is mandatory for all residents over the age of five.
Health authorities registered 116 new infections today, while the average number of new infections was about 250 per day in the previous six days, due to political rallies, before and after parliamentary elections.
Currently, there are 3,999 active cases of infection in Montenegro, while in just the last seven days, 20 people have died of the coronary. The total number of deaths since the beginning of the pandemic is 158.
