A resident of the facility where the explosion is believed to have occurred says about Periscope that she suspects the explosion of two cars.
She says that as she was leaving her apartment, she noticed a bad smell, and that one of the residents shouted to go out because of the burnings in the basement.
The citizen in question said it was about the explosion of two cars. /Periscope
