We have a bomb in the office, Berisha: That's what I'd do if I was O chairman. VL-KLATY

Parliament MP candidate from PDK ranks Hisen Berisha has indicated how he would act if he was in O chairman VL-KLA's, at Hysni Gucati's place. He said that if he was in Gucatt's place he'd stop the Americans, copy the files and call the police that [...]

He said if he was in Gucatt's place he'd stop the Americans, copy the files and call the police we have a bomb at OVL's office.

If I were in Gucatt's place, I would turn off the cameras, copy the files that came from the “rrufe” and alert the police that we have a bomb in the OVL therefrom building” Berisha has indicated.

Former superior of The KLA in Kostunica, Hisen Berisha, has said the Law for Specialised Chambers and the Specialised Prosecutor's Office would be the same as it is today, even if it was drafted in Belgrade.

I have seen the law and the sense of responsibility, and I have read the founding law of the Specialised Chambers, and if it was drafted in Belgrade, the same law would appear. The legal basis that has been used as a positive right for the time when these works are supposed to have been carried out [January 1, 1998] and the reference legal base used to complete this law would have to be contested and not passed to the Kosovo Assembly”.

Berisha has insisted that the Special Court is operating outside the mandate, so he has granted rights to all who object to its legitimacy.

His “Guardian [Nasim Haradinaj], just as all others who know this field, or even citizens, respond fairly when they contest the legitimacy of this court. The court reportedly has five years of deadline and can not last more than one day, but may end earlier if the cases for which” have been created conclude.

“We have the president who has made a request to extend the mandate. Why did he do it? If that court continues the term, why are you making that request? Is the president and his legal officials as naive as to whether he has a mandate or not, Berisha has said.

The president submitted the request to the Parliament Speaker to consider whether he has a deadline or not. Come on if the president's legal officials didn't know how to read the law, but how come even the Speaker of the Parliament didn't treat her at all, but sent her to the Special Chambers to show the president whether she has a deadline or not?”.

According to Berisha, the Special Court would have to be a job done from the moment when US prosecutor Clinton Wilson had come to the conclusion that there is no finding that organ trafficking has occurred, as allegedly in Dick Marty's report.

We need to stop at the source of the problem and the arguments that are being created today. Why and with what mandate has this court been established? What was the matter with the matter? We know very well that Dick Marty's report is the reason this Special Tribunal for Kosovo was created. We have the first U.S. prosecutor's statement [Clint Wilson] that says there is no finding for organ trafficking, and this court here completed the” mandate.

One of the leaders of the Kostare Battle has said that in a timely agreement when it was negotiated with internationals for the establishment of the Special Court, which he says it has seen, it is specified that all citizens of its own will be tried h - RFJ and Kosovo allegedly committed works, regardless of ethnicity.

“I have seen an agreement when it was talked to internationals about establishing the Special Court, saying that all those who have RFJ and Kosovo citizenship will be tried for acts that have been committed to citizens who have citizenship of RFJ and Kosovo. We've said many times that this court has an ethnic character. This formulation existed, but somewhere it was removed because it's not in the law. If this once existed and tried to sanction this law, then why aren't all Kosovo citizens judged by ethnic affiliation whatever it is?
