He has made it known today that he has held a meeting with Gunther Krichbaum.
During this meeting, he has stressed that the German presidency of the Council should give strong impetus to the visa liberalisation process for Kosovo and that dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia should not end with anything less than mutual recognition.
This is his full post in FB:
Today in Berlin, I had an excellent meeting with the chairman of the Commission for European Affairs of Bundestag, Mr. Gunther Krichbaum!
I informed Albania of Albania's progress in meeting the necessary obligations prior to holding the First Intergovernmental Conference, including electoral reform, the fight against organised crime and corruption, until the establishment of the SPAK and BKH. We shared the same view regarding the importance of expanding the European Union in the Western Balkans.
Yes, of course: I stressed that the German presidency of the Council should give strong impetus to the visa liberalisation process for Kosovo and that dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia should not end with anything less than mutual recognition.
