Bajrami: Two million euros have been executed by emergency package.

Finance Minister Hykmete Bajrami has said that 122m euros have been executed from the emergency package. “From the emergency package we have implemented 122m euros so far. “From the emergency package we have implemented 122m euros so far. All the applications that the Interministerial Commission has accepted have been completed, and we have not changed any members of this commission, which was founded by the former government”, Bajrami said.
With budget revision, she says they have begun the execution until she has clarified the 170-euro measure.
The decision of the former government on 170 euros has left companies in discretion to ask for a 170-euro wage subsidy for workers or at employers' account. It has also given them the opportunity once to pay off the employee, and the next time the company is made. I think this is the biggest misunderstanding because many workers thought this was extra than pay. In fact, this has never been extra on pay. This is meant to help companies pay a minimum wage or to meet it so that the company pays a full salary”, she said.
Bajrami has added that businesses had to prove they were affected by the pandemic.
She has added that the Ankes Commission is dealing with handling complaints.
“We've executed the 3A measure, which is 170 euros, we've executed all lists for financing 50 percent of the purchase, for all businesses. We only have complaints now”, Bajrami has expressed.
“Often, private sector trade unions, but workers themselves have said that we were not granted 170 euros by employers. We haven't had the mechanisms to go see if those tools are spreading. But what each worker needs to know is that these have not been additional means on the salary, but they're subvention of the salary. If someone has had a 300-euro salary, the employer has given 130 euros from the company and 170 from the government. But there have been companies that have had zero activity and has divided only the 170 that the Government has given to”, Bajrami has said.
