August's new school year is finally known

Farther away today, the Ministry of Education will make final decision on the start of the new school year. The decision is expected to be made on the basis of proposals provided by the UN and municipal education directorates.

According to the proposals, on September 14th it is intended to start classes 0 to 6 and 10. For classes 4 and 5, it has been left to municipal directors to decide in what form they will develop their learning, schools, or distances.

Meanwhile, in the second phase on September 21st, classes 7 to 12 will begin in combined form, two days at school and three days from distance.

Minister Rame Likaj has stated that based on ground information, most schools have made adequate preparations for starting school.

But some Pristina schools, which have large numbers of students, have determined for themselves which classrooms will start the first stage of learning. At the school “Faik Konica”, which has nearly 1,500 students on Monday, starts in schools only for the foreman, first grade, second, third and sixth.
