For more than eight hours, the OVL-KLA building was held and surrounded yesterday. EULEX police have arrested key figures in this organisation, while confiscated CDs and other materials. While legal advocates stress that the Specialised Prosecutor's Office has acted on its mandate, although the action is being seen as a spectacle, OVL-KLA representatives say Haradinaj's Gucati has been kidnapped and if held at The Hague warn protests.

Lawyer Arianan Koci says The KP that the Specialised Prosecutor's Office has acted under its mandate, which has given Kosovo's own deputies when they voted the law.

I have a concern about what foreign lawyers do not understand our social context. And he didn't need any kind of show. Every guest so far has responded both Mr. Gucati and Mr. Haradinaj had responded smoothly. As for the raid, I believe it was an unnecessary spectacle. There were enormous police forces. And it shouldn't have been, with two three police officers, they could have carried out the raid without a problem of”, Koci says.

He says that it is still not known whether the files submitted to OVL-KLA offices are authentic documents. And for that, the prosecution has to explain and investigate why these files have emerged in large measure. As such, Koci says no documents, their content, or witness name should be made public.

I believe that even OVL has fallen the trap of someone who is waging a special fight against the Special Court and the Special Prosecutor's Office. It's not making a good impression, because it's fitting for individuals who have been in favour of a Kosovo court of foreign judges, foreign prosecutors, foreign investigators and foreign translators”, Koci points out.

Xhavit Jashari from the KLA War Veterans Organisation stresses that during yesterday's Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj have been kidnapped. What he says is unacceptable to the organization.

I didn't have to say they arrested him, but the church told me they were kidnapped. Form, how it came to be EULEX at OVL-KLA offices is punishable and unacceptable. For the fact that special units have arrived, a court that you know we don't know. The form of how they came to the offices of how they blocked entrances and exits without orders, and the presence of locals as well as leaving offices and giving orders that all offices are open, we have many doubts. Because they could not be present with anyone from the locals or themselves. V L- KLA, they can become monsters like yesterday's” show, says Jashar.

While for all this that is happening, I leave it to the Kosovo Assembly, which approved the formation of the Special Court.

And I think that all of this is happening, and I take peace from here and the locals and the internationals, that from such spectacles we're not afraid... I'm confident that the protest, however, but we're also going to run local organs and institutions. Because I think the biggest shame there was on our institutions yesterday. First for the Kosovo Parliament”, he emphasises.

Otherwise, according to the arrest warrant issued by the Specialised Prosecutor for OVL-KLA Chairman Hysni Gucati reportedly allegations are of three criminal acts based on the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo. According to special claims, he could be sentenced from five years to life imprisonment.

While Deputy Chairman Nasim Haradinaj is not known for what crime he was arrested for, he had said before being arrested that they were never interviewed as war crimes suspects. Haradinaj was unknown from yesterday until noon. In the afternoon, lawyer Tome Gashi confirmed that he was sent to The Hague.

The yesterday's event of EULEX police officials comes after the file was filed allegedly brought by someone to OVL-KLA offices, which is supposed to be the Hague Prosecutor's Specialised Chambers.
