Robert Redfield believes that if we get approval of some COVID-19 vaccines, “we'll leave this behind” showing the mask.
The doctor, director of U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, said he was not always so sure that we would have a coronavirus vaccine, reports CNN.
I didn't think we'd have a vaccine in a few years. I thought the rest of my career in CDC would be spent fighting COVID-19”, he said.
“Now I can see if we can get an effective vaccine or two or three, which actually from now until next summer”, he confirmed.
“We must celebrate when we have a successful, secure and efficient vaccine of the COVID-19”, the doctor said.
By contrast, today it has been reported banning the testing of an anti-virus on people after one of the volunteers has suffered collateral damage.
