Why did the American delegation not dine in Kosovo?

State Protocol Office Director Orhan Hajrizi has talked about why a dinner was not organised for the US delegation of DFC that has come to Kosovo with special envoy for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue from the US, Richard Green.
