Republika President Ilir Meta has decreed today the date of the 2021 Parliamentary elections. His decree set out April 25th as the day when Albanians will have to address the ballot boxes for the election of a new government that will lead the country for the next 4 year.

PI RECTION OF DATA ♪ E FOR KUVENIN
In support of Article 65, provisions 1 and 2, 92 letters “ge” and 93 of the Constitution of the Republic of Albania, as well as Article 8, 9, points 1 and 4 of Law No. 10019, the date 29.12.2008 “Election Cod of the Republic of Albania”, changed, as well as after consulting with political parties on setting the date for Albania's Assembly elections,
I decreate:
Article 1
The elections for the Parliament will be held on Sunday, April 25th, 2021.
Article 2
This decree enters into force immediately.
