Just two years ago, Prime Minister Rama decided on the closure of the lucky games, this year the government decided again to allow them.
This Wednesday (9 September) was published in the official notebook VKM that will allow the opening of casinos in the city of Tirana, even in its heart.
In 2018, Rama said fortune games would be deployed only on the outskirts of the capital and on five-star resorts, but now they would be allowed on some of Tirana's main streets.
Also published in the official notebook were the ways in which opening such activities as: The Barricades Road, the Boulevard “Zhan D'Ark”, Path: “backRove” Other roads are listed in your decision below.

Bush”” This decision comes into force after publication in the Official Library.
The VKM is defined and other activities that will be allowed as traditional bingo, television bingo, sports bets, and track bets.
