Agriculture minister pledges support for local products

Agriculture, Forestry and Rusian Development Minister Besian Mustafa has met today some farmers and milk processing in Kline, with which he has discussed measures taken by the government to resolve the problems they face.

Mustafa, on this occasion, has pledged that the Kosovo government will support local production.

I just met in Cline some farmers, collecting and milk processing points to discuss further the measures we are taking as Government towards solving the challenges of this sector.

Fortunately, we are all co-operating in this direction to support local production, given that the natural cycle of lowering primary output and increasing consumption of milk and its products is already under way.

At the same time, we will continue to check on brands so that they can clearly separate animal fat products from those of plant fat.
