Delegates coming from all sides of Albania, representatives of all trends of Albanian nationalism for their full union with war NCH reached these conclusions:
We are found in a world of blood everywhere by the dark, enslaved forces of fascism. Peoples and nations were mercilessly trampled by the fascist barbarianism.
In this huge war that has cost mankind millions and millions of people killed and wounded, which have devastated villages and cities, two principles, as opposed to the nightly day, on one side of the savage and slaveland that the world has seen so far, the fascist tyranny, on the other hand, the Anglo-Soviet bloc, along with peoples who wage fair war on the face of the plague, the war for freedom, for independence, and for the happiness of all peoples.
It is noteworthy that the conference was soon decontinated, which suggested that the deconspiration had been very rapid thanks to information provided within participants.
After the fascists seized documents regarding this conference, they hit Peza. After a few weeks, the police leader also was transferred.
On November 26th 1942, Fatmir Borshi was appointed director general of police, instead of Theodore Stamat ( “Official Festival”, December 9, 1942).
The slogan of unity or division?
The conference slogan became the one in which a nondiscretion, province, and idea would be performed.
