He has also said that with the Homeland Order, with the political line following, with Western education, with intellectual writing heritage, Professor Ukshin Hoti remains the political philosopher of Kosovo's freedom and independence.
This is Thaci's full post:
From my first meeting as a student with Professor Ukshin Hoti, since reading the first lines of his writings, I have created an impression that lives down to this day, so far when I remember him with great respect and pride.
Professor Uckshin Hoti belongs to high-profile intellectuals, a brave thinker who long presented the idea that only armed warfare brings freedom.
Professor Ukshin Hoti, as nobody better than him, was put in theoretical defense of the 1981 central demand for the Republic of Kosovo. With the philosophical category of development, he widely justified the fact that Kosovo's autonomy was insufficient for Kosovo Albanians, publicly in front of official Yugoslav structures.
Professor Hoti belongs to the generation of intellectuals imprisoned because of political beliefs and homelands, spending years in prison, especially experiencing inhumane persecution after the second imprisonment.
With the national ranking, the political line that followed, with Western education, with intellectual writing heritage, Professor Ukshin Hoti remains the political philosophy of Kosovo's freedom and independence. HTH
