The former Supreme Commander of the NATO Armed Forces, General Wesley Clark, who had led the bombing campaign, against Serb targets in 1999, has declared there has never been a stop to efforts to put obstacles on Kosovo's road towards progress.
Kosovo President Hashim Thaci's proposal-aktakus is the continuation of activities to prevent Kosovo's progress.
“Pressures and attempts to humiliate Kosovo have never stopped”, General Clark said.
