VV MP: The heart failed deliberately public institutions to take advantage of private ones

Vetevendosje Movement MP Eman Canman has said that Health Minister Armenmen Zemaj has deliberately failed to manage COVID-19 pandemics, failing to deliver tests in public institutions, as he said he opened the way to private labs to benefit and harm citizens.
