Voter fraud trial cancelled, one infected with Avid-19

The five accused are suspected that by December 12th 2010, at the polling centre at the “Mother Terezère” in Pristina, in case of counting the votes of candidates of political subjects had lifted and added 738 preferred candidates, reports the “Bettim for Justice”.
The chairman of the court, Judge Naser Foniqi, for “Justice Trust” announced that one of the five indictees had announced the court could not be present because he was infected with Covid-19.
For this reason, Judge Foniqi said they had previously cancelled this session, while the next session is expected to be held on September 8, 2020, at about 09:00.
According to the indictment filed on May 5, 2015, on December 12th 2010, at the polling centre at the “Mother Teresa”, in Pristina, the former head of this Mensur Adul God polling site, as well as other former members of the various parties' commission: Lulzim Ademi, Driton Dzemaili, Bilal Musliu and Nexmi Jusuf had forged the results of the solutions.
In the indictment, it is said that the vote count of candidates of political subjects had lifted and added 738 candidates' favourite votes and that by political subject candidates LD 1 votes, AKR- PSD-PPPI- PPK- PNDSH-PDRS 12 votes, LDK 535 votes, VV 40 votes, AAK 48 and PDK's 102 votes.
For these actions, the prosecution has five indictees being charged with criminal work “voter fraud”, up from Article 180 over Article 23 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code.
