Turkish authorities have released KLA veteran Imri Ilazin, who has been arrested at Ankara Airport today after Serbia has sent his name to Interpol.

News of his release has revealed the chairman of the KLA War Veterans organisation Hysni Gucati.

“As it was telling me that Imri Ilazi has been released from Turkish bodies, I thank the Foreign Ministry and Diaspora and the Interior Ministry in Kosovo and the Kosovo Embassy in Turkey, as well as the Blerim Dajaku who helped free former General Imri Ilazi, hope such cases do not repeat”, he wrote on Facebook.
