Veliu makes decision to ease procedure for Postapor and Patente-Syfer equipment

Minister of Internal Affairs Agim Veliu has made the decision to facilitate the procedure for passport/repulsion and driver's license.

With this decision temporarily the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo will be allowed:

1.1. Equipment of citizens of the Republic of Kosovo with passports can be done even in the absence of possession of ID of the Republic of Kosovo;

1.2. Equipment of citizens of the Republic of Kosovo with a license-sopher can also be done with the passport of the Republic of Kosovo with valid terms;

1.3. The withdrawal in specific cases of identification, passport, license driver with authorization at the Office for Documents in the Republic of Kosovo could also be done in the absence of the original identification, passport, pre-mandatory driver's license and original authorization.

The decision goes into effect on the day of signing and the same remains in force until another decision. Minister Veliu made that decision in support of Article 10.2 and Article 11 of Law No. 06/L-13 for Organization and Function of State Administration and Independent Agencies, No. 07, 01, March 2019, Article 8 (paragraph 1.4) Appendix 6 points of regulation (QRK) No.06/20 for Administrative Responsibility Fields of the Office of the Prime Minister and Ministers, Orders (QRK) No.07/2020 for Changing and Fulfilling Rule No. 06/20 for the Administrative Responsibility Fields of the Office of Prime Minister and Ministers”, said in the communique.
