Thaci calls Albanians in Montenegro: Get to the polls

The country's president, Hashim Thaci, has appealed all Albanians in Montenegro to exploit their right to vote.

The elections in Montenegro are held on August 30th, and Albanian parties have joined in competing together.

The “Albanians in Montenegro must participate massively in Sunday's elections. They represent an extremely important moment for continuing to strengthen the Euro-Atlantic orientation of our friendly state. I call on all our countrymen to exploit their right to choose and strengthen political stability, peace and security throughout the Western Balkans”, Thaci wrote on Facebook.
