After news that the test for Coronavirus has been paid 200 euros, the lab where the test was conducted has reacted and where payment has been made.
In a statement, “Medical Laboratory & Services” says the payment of 200 euros is correct and shows why this is the price.
“due to the rapid implementation and cost of the reagens this test in the MLS costs 200 Euro”, says the lab's announcement regarding the nuclear test performed via the “GeneXpert SARS SAV-2” that, according to the laboratory, detects the virus for 45 minutes.
