Parliamentary leader Talat Xhaferi is expected today to coincide with the continuation of the constitutional session in which the chairman of the legal house should be elected.
Under the agreement between LSDM and DUI for the government coalition and for the parliamentary majority, the chairman of the new composition of the Assembly will be Talat Xhaferi, who so far was in the post.
Xhaferi's election for today warned DUI leader Ali Ahmeti after last night's assembly of the party's central council, in which the coalition agreement with the LSDM was confirmed and the names of candidates for ministers were announced in the new government.
The assembly's selection proposal is expected to be submitted to the Assembly by signing 20 deputies.
The Speaker of the Assembly is elected by at least 61 votes from the total number of MPs.
