The Health Ministry has announced that the ministry's health inspectorate is dealing with the death case of the 7-year-old girl in Pristina today.
The 7-year-old victim who passed away at QKUK was to take a look. MIR on ISHP “CT Scanner”.
After her condition deteriorated, she was sent to CKUK where she passed away. This death has been described as suspicious, while the case is currently being investigated by the Kosovo Health Inspectorate and police.

At the request of the Kosovo Police, today the Health Inspectorate of the Health Ministry has gone to conduct a specific inspection at the Private Health Institute “CT Scaner” in Pristina's Ulpiana neighbourhood, with founders A.K.
A media communiqué says that because the institution in question presented health inspectors before its entrance was closed by the Kosovo Police, after some information received by the police and residents near the IPS in question, health inspectors went to the Emergency Clinic at QKU, where a patient-child had been transferred (T.H., 2013), who had previously been subjected to around 10:00, an examination MIRI (Manetic Rezonance) in ISP “CT Scanner”, set a day earlier. To perform the examination, the child had gone to this private institution by both of his parents.
According to allegations, due to deteriorating health conditions during examination of IPS “CT Scaner”, the patient had been transferred to the QKUK Emergency Clinic, from the Pristina Emergency Medicine Team, accompanied by an Anesthesiology specialist with the Department of the Private Reanimation, where the examination was conducted, is said further in the communique.
Upon arriving at Emergency Clinic - QKUK, the health inspectorate has received statements from the exchange doctors, according to which when the patient had arrived (placed, was without signs of life and, despite the emergency team's cardio-pulmonal response, for about two hours, had not survived.
Health inspectors continue investigations into the case and will soon draft the final report on the findings of inspection in this case.
