The school year will not start on September 1st. Because of the preparation of health protocols, instruction must begin on October 1st. The decision will be made at the government's first session, in which legal amendments for the management of the <x1) teaching process will be adopted, Zaev said during the surrender to the government's new composition assembly, which, as it becomes known, will be voted by the end of the week.
Because of the coronary pandemic, the Commission for Infectious Diseases in Northern Macedonia has recommended to the government that first - to third grade instruction begin with the physical presence of students in schools, while children who do not want to return to schools can attend school online, in parallel with other students with physical presence.
For other primary and middle education classes, learning is pre-priced to be kept online.
Northern Macedonia is one of the most affected countries in the Western Balkans by the coronary pandemic. Over 13,800 people have been infected and over 570 have lost their lives.
