Hoti reportedly accepted with concern the resignation of Kosovo's interim Telekom Board, in a difficult financial situation of this country's strategically important public enterprise.
The government of the Republic of Kosovo does not welcome this action of the Telekom Board at all. The remarks raised by the Telekom Union are also of concern to the Government as a shareholder. The government is determined not to allow further degradation of this strategically important venture for the country. Therefore, in the quality of the shareholder, the government will take all necessary institutional steps to prevent such actions and to ensure conditions for the recovery of Kosovo Telecom”, Prime Minister Hoti has said.
