Microbiologist Lull Raka, through a Facebook text, has reported on the pro and counter arguments being used in the world today, whether schools should be opened or not.

Raka ultimately says all these arguments should be taken into account, even in the case of Kosovo, Raka has also published the Council's recommendation, antiConvidus.

“The Anti-Cavid Consultative Board recommendation 19:
• Pre-schoolers and students until fifth grade to attend school classes.
• In rural areas and where there are conditions and spaces, learning can be organised with other years, always respecting the measures of MS and IKSHPK.
• Open professional schools for professional and practical subjects.
• At the Faculty of Medicine, speeches are held online, while exercises are conducted at USKKKU and IKSHPK clinics and institutes. Consider, too, the help of FM applicants in confronting COVID-19”, Raka said.

SCHOOLS

The return of students to post - pandemic schools remains one of the greatest priorities of societies worldwide. In many countries primary schools are considered essential social services, even if there is a moderate spread of COVID-19 (<10 cases in 100,000 people).

Basic principles in the context of opening schools:
• The number of cases of disease, hospitalization, and death is the lowest in children
• Children mostly have mild clinical infections or are completely free of symptoms.
• The amount of the virus found in child symptoms is close to that of adults. But that doesn't necessarily mean the same infectiosis.
• To date, very few explosions have been identified in European schools, including Sweden and Iceland, which have never closed primary schools. The only cases were reported in Israel.
• Transmission of infection among children in school is rare and is not the main cause of SARS-CoV-2 infection in children
• The spread of schools does not distinguish from other professional environments or similar density.
• Evidence in many European countries suggests that reopening schools did not increase the spread of the virus in the community.

THE ARRUMENTS FOR THE CHALLENGE
• School closure robs children and young people of opportunities for growth and development.
• Children between 2 and 10 years of age learn a lot from their peers and have a positive impact on the development of their personality and identity, while disruptions of such close relationships are accompanied by depression, guilt, and anger in children.
• School and school activities offer day - to - day structures, meanings, and rhythms for young people.
• Disabled children can be especially affected because they may feel more isolated
• Children living in uncertain conditions have faced more difficulties with online learning, such as digital poverty and difficulties for parents who can assist in the learning process.
• Economic circumstances may endanger a return to school for children and young people who are under pressure to work and provide food for their poor families.
• For many students who live in poverty, schools are not only a place for learning but also a place for healthful food.
• Children have the greatest risk of domestic violence during school closure.
• With schools closed, children no longer have a safety network that can detect and report child abuse,

THE ARRUMENTS KUNDAY SHOWS
• The big number of cases in the community. Kosovo, if there are 200 cases a day, is approximately 12 cases per 100,000 residents. That figure is high!
• Community testing lack

The final decision should take into account all the factors mentioned.

Anti-Condavid Adviser Board recommendation 19:
• Pre-schoolers and students until fifth grade to attend school classes.
• In rural areas and where there are conditions and spaces, learning can be organised with other years, always respecting the measures of MS and IKSHPK.
• Open professional schools for professional and practical subjects.
• At the Faculty of Medicine, speeches are held online, while exercises are conducted at USKKKU and IKSHPK clinics and institutes. Consider, too, the help of FM abstracts in confronting COVID-19.
