I just decreed the Law on Budget and completion of its changes, which I accepted yesterday afternoon. I made the immediate decree so that payment to our citizens can be executed as soon as possible and the consequences of pandemic are eased. I am aware of the concerns raised by representatives of different sectors, but the entry into force of this law is an urgent necessity to respond to the needs of citizens. The country's executive is convinced that he will find room and opportunity to address all concerns raised by sectoral representatives. But the common priority and purpose of all of us is to ease the consequences of the pandemic and manage the best possible. HTH
