Muharrem Smakqi was one of the youngest co-ordinators of the Cetta Azem Bata, who was distinguished by his unique bravery and heroism.
After the murder Azem Bata, he once lived in the village of Abri through friends and family, and then at the moment of the first national resistance organization by Shabun Polluza tribun, Muharrem Sinnani, who was known in Drenica, had joined this movement by becoming one of the closest and closest fighters Shaban Pollushushe till his last days.
