The president shares decorations for Muharrem Smakiq, Azem Bey's co-ordinator and Shaban Poluzha

Muharrem Smakqi was one of the youngest co-ordinators of the Cetta Azem Bata, who was distinguished by his unique bravery and heroism.

After the murder Azem Bata, he once lived in the village of Abri through friends and family, and then at the moment of the first national resistance organization by Shabun Polluza tribun, Muharrem Sinnani, who was known in Drenica, had joined this movement by becoming one of the closest and closest fighters Shaban Pollushushe till his last days.

Muharrem Smakqi was leader of Front of South Shaban Pollusha, and in particular, was renowned for the success of the Smaj Quarter, or as well as known in the battle of Hadak's Tower at the Red Stone, where even with a much smaller number in the ranks of his soldiers managed not only to hold the front for more than 30 days but also to stave off the Chitnik-partisan brigade, leaving behind them a large number of soldiers killed.

Historian Islam Dobrra in the book The War of Drenica 1941-1945 and NDS on Kosovo until 1947, has written about Muharrem Sinan Smakqi's bravery.
