On July 31, Mr. Balic was careful to wish Kurban Bajram's holiday to all Muslims in Kosovo, but there had also been criticism of the state of Kosovo following the ban on prayer through mosques a decision made with the approval of the Islamic Community of Kosovo (BIK).
