“Health Inspectorate continues investigations into this case and will soon draft the final report about the inspection findings in this case”, said the MSHA report.
Meanwhile, the clinic doctor where the 7-year-old Arben Kutlovvci was treated said by telephone that the deceased's own family had demanded that magnetic resonance be done with anesthetic.
The dosage of anesthesia is usually calculated by the patient's body weight... The thing is, the patient's life has changed, but as far as we're concerned, we're completely clean on this job. There are some things that guarantee 100% nobody gives you. I've treated this patient before. These guys came in earlier and conducted their tests. This time they asked for anesthesia to be used. Anesthesiologists have come, but I've never been there since, said Arben Kutlovci.
