People who do not respect the extent of isolation are sentenced to up to 500 euros

Article 26 of this law regulates the issue of isolation and quarantine during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Article 26-Isolation and Karantina
I. The person who has the obligation to isolate or quarantined for a specified deadline by the competent body as a precautionary measure for failing to spread the infection caused by COVIDD 19 and not comply with orders given by competent organs is fined:
1.1. The person who is placed in isolation or quarantine under the decision of the competent body who does not follow the rules defined during the time of being in isolation/carrantine or is trying to leave the isolation/Canrantine fined five hundred (500) euros and returning to isolation or quarantine;
1.2. The person who enters the quarantine zone of the Republic of Kosovo and is not isolated or quarantined, as defined by the decision of the competent body, is fined five hundred (500) euros;
1.3. The person who comes from the quarantine zone and does not comply with the verdict by the competent body for isolation or mandatory quarantine is fined by a hundred euros' fine (150);
1.4. The person who comes out of isolation or quarantine zone designated by the decision of the competent body is fined a hundred euros without proper permission.
