Suspects involved in criminal activity are: I.I. ( v.l.1968, male, Kosovo) and B.C. ( v.l.1969, male, Kosovo).
I.I.'s suspected. He had given $30,000, a citizen with an agreement that would return 39,000.00 (thirty-nine thousand).
Also, B.K. is suspected. He had given 56,000.00 ($5.6 000), a citizen with an agreement that he would return 70,000.00 (seven thousand). So, as the amount of profit (interest, interest) was non-proportional (30%) in both cases.
