PDK and VV support bill on preventing and fighting COVID-19

In the country, sessions for the first review of the draft law on prevention and fighting of the COVID-19 pandemic in Kosovo are under way.

VV deputy head Arberie Nagavci has asked MPs to support the bill in question, Klan Kosova reports.

This bill was initiated in April more than 3 months ago. But the Hoti government did not approve the same with regular procedure. Unfortunately, citizens followed disorganized measures. Unfortunately, the battle with the virus has lost more than 300 citizens”.

For three months this bill was hindered by this government, which it deemed unnecessary as such. Today the situation is completely out of control, citizens rightly feel worried”.

Also, Bekim Haxhiu of the Democratic Party of Kosovo has said they will support the draft law on preventing and fighting COVID-19.
