An official of the World Health Organisation (OBSH) says new isolation measures in European countries are not necessary.
These countries are marking an increase in the number of infected people with the new coronary, mainly because people are returning from vacation trips.
“We can manage the virus and keep the economy functioning”, said Hans Kloge, head of WHO's European branch.
Italy, France, Spain and Germany are among the countries where the number of cases of coronary cases is marked.
Italy recorded 845 new cases on 20 August -- the highest daily number since May. France reported 4,700 cases, while Germany reported 1,707 cases, the highest number since April.
However, the number of new cases in the United States is much higher than in Europe.
Authorities reported 46,000 new cases, bringing the total number of infected to 5,575,323.
According to U.S. University data Johns Hopkins, the number of infected people worldwide has reached over 22 million.
