At the same time, according to this same set, Article 1, through which the organisation of the Council meetings is arranged, it says:
The Council meets at least once in three months, but can meet more often depending on the issues required for consideration by the prime minister, Ministry of Trade and Industry, or at least three (3) Council members. ”

And since the new government's creation period, the KKZHE has so far not held a single meeting, even though significant decisions have been made during this period by the Government on which businesses are affected.
OAK pointed out that under decision No. 05/24 of the 1704,2015 The PKKZHE, among other things, initiates legal and underground acts for the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, important for the country's economic development and improved business environment, analyses existing legislation and the needs for improvements, approves operational plans for improving the business environment and investment, and supports strengthening the business community in the country's economic development process.
