Mustafa for PDK involvement in coalition: Circumstances Have Changed

The LDK leader is saying he is seeking a new approach to the interparty reports in Kosovo. It is saying that they have changed and are changing circumstances following the warning of the charges and final agreement with Serbia. Therefore, he is seeking not to have parties between him when the state is at stake. Yet, for any change in attitude [...]
The LDK chief has spoken of the possibility of PDK involvement in the government coalition.
Mustafa told Gazeta Express that the circumstances have changed after the proposal against Thaci and Wessel.
The circumstances have changed and are changing after warning the charges by the specialised prosecutor. Even if it wasn't for this, at the end of the year we should sit down and deal with the President's election. In any option the lack of agreement on the president's election leads us to new elections”, he said.
Asked about the possibility of the PDK's involvement in Government, Mustafa has said things have changed, but in any decision will take the party's opinion.
“In recent elections we have declared that we do not coalition with the PDK. Even the PDK, after the elections, has been declared to remain in opposition. I think Pandemia's situation, the warning of charges for a number of senior representatives, as well as reaching a comprehensive agreement with mutual recognition, requires a different approach. Let us not be exclusive to each other and ensure reconciliation on vital issues for the country. However, for everything we should have the approval of the party organs, after an assessment of the new situation created”, the LDK chief said.
The LDK chief today has also responded to clashes in the ruling coalition, saying that once Prime Minister Hotido is healed, he will meet with AAKA leader Ramush Haradinaj to clarify the disputes.
“I think the ruling coalition is stable. Once the prime minister gets out, we'll meet with the coalition partners and discuss all the issues that have been opened to the media. I appreciate that there are no issues that cannot result with solutions and understanding”, Mustafa said.
