“A parent will be released if the lesson is kept online”, he said.
He has reasoned with the inability to continue teaching in the same form if parents do not help their children to lock on the network and continue teaching in virtual form.
He also says this move will require much co-ordination with other sectors of government, taking into account the country's economy.
