Gashi has said that MSH urgently needs to remove monopoly on the market for PCR tests and not allow only one company to operate.
“The Health Ministry urgently needs to liberalise the market for PCR tests for Sars- The CoV-2 and not allow illegal operation of a single company on the market for these tests!”, Gashi wrote on his official profile.
MSH had licensed only two labs to run PCR tests for COVID-19. However, UBT)'s laboratory has been removed from license, and only the MLS laboratory is currently running PCR-type tests.
