The law against COVID provides convictions for all those who fail to comply with the decisions of the Ministry of Health and competent bodies.
Punishments are also meant for people who don't wear masks.
Under this law, anyone who does not respect the decision and does not wear a mask is sentenced to 35 euros.
“The physical person who does not respect the Competent mask-holding body's decision is sentenced to a fine of thirty-five (35) Euro”, the law says.
