The European Union's special representative for the Kosovo dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, has said the exchange of territories is not on the agenda for discussion.
He said this in his letter to the Regional Lobbit of the Women of Southeast Europe, which is headed by former negotiator Edita Tahiri.
My “Ekipi and I will continue to integrate a gender dimension in our efforts to help Belgrade and Pristina reach a comprehensive and legally binding agreement that regulates all outstanding issues between them”.
I've mentioned it in many cases, the exchange of territories is not available for discussion. What we are looking for is an agreement that will contribute to regional stability, normalise relations between Belgrade and Pristina, and help move forward on their respective European streets”, Lajcak wrote.
