Kosovo floods warned

Due to rainfall, Kosovo Hydrometeorology Institute (IHMK) has warned in the country of flooding.

Through an announcement, the IHMK noted that these rainfalls that have begun during the hours of this morning will continue tomorrow and the days ahead.

The subx0>Respects that have begun with the highest intensity during the morning hours of 0508/2020, will continue during today and tomorrow (06/08/2020) as well as the ongoing, with changed intensity, which in some areas may present flood opportunities”, said in the IHMK report.

* Showing an average probability of high rainfall in some areas, with potential rapid flooding as well as urban flooding and landslides. This meteorological situation will be repeated with lightning discharges.

Through the main river streams, there will be barking of levels over the next few days, while mountainous and heavy currents will present the possibility of rapid flooding and difficulties in the areas they pass.
