Kosovo Embassy in Germany: Testing for COVIDD-19 is mandatory once you return to Germany

The Kosovo Embassy in Germany has announced all citizens of Kosovo and Germany, as well as persons who have dual citizenship or are residents in Germany and spend summer holidays on the territory of the Republic of Kosovo that by August 8, 2020, with the German Government's decision, testing for COVID 19 is mandatory once they return to Germany.
According to this embassy, once the test is done and until the results are received, the measure of vetoation must be respected.
If the test is negative then it's allowed to exit the property. If the test is positive, then you should apply the instructions of German doctors and health entities in the <x1).
“BLIGING for testing measures by the Government of Germany envisions financial penalties from 150 to 25,000 Euro”.

Airports where you can run free tests: Berlin, Bremen, Dortmund, Desesseldorf, Franfkfurt am Main, Hamburg, Hannover, Leipzig/Halle, Memmmingen, Moenchen, Koeln/Bonn, Nuernberg, Saarbrukken, Stormgart
If you travel by car, bus or train from Kosovo to Germany, you can also run tests at train stations (Muniah, Nuernberg) as well as at the Austria-German border on the Highway to “Rastanlage Hochfeldn- Nord” at Autostadia A near Bergen. Even at the bus station in Berlin (ZOB), tests can be made.
If you fail to be tested at airports or even on land routes, then you have to fulfill your legal obligation and be informed of your home doctor or not.
