KEK's interim board of directors. In the meeting held today, Thursday, August 27, 2020, has made a series of decisions important to the corporation.
In light of the government's new decisions in operation of continued management of the COVIID-19, the interim board has directed management toʹi immediately initiates the necessary legal and administrative procedures for testing all corporate staff with a serial test, and for that it has shared the necessary financial means.
The interim board has also reviewed and approved reports of six-month performance and that of corporate financial mirrors by 30.06.20.
Furthermore, the interim board has called for additional mobilization of management in addressing the findings of the foreign and domestic audiences, all in the function of improving operational and financial performance and in installing real internal controls.
In the end, the provisional Board has encouraged management to continue preparing for the existence of a real feasibility study for the Kosova A Terminal and the drafting of a corporate development strategy.
