Kastrati said it is extremely disturbing that armed Serb paramilitary days have entered Kosovo territory.

Their move, Kastrati called the ongoing provocation where citizens on that side terrorised.

On the other hand, Kastrati said that regarding this issue, the letter has been initiated to Kosovo's president, prime minister, defence minister and Home Affairs.

Below, find the full reaction of Mayor Kastrati:

It is extremely disturbing that again today some paramilitary or armed Serb militiamen enter Kosovo territory, specifically in the village of Karacheva. As seen in videos, they have come to an area frequented by residents of all ages.

Continued testing and terrorising citizens on this side is unacceptable. This is a direct threat to Karatcheva residents and our entire country.

I have launched an official letter to the president of Kosovo, the prime minister, the defence and the interior affairs minister, to confirm their competencies to act in this direction.
