Former US President John Bolton's National Security Council has declared that Pristina and Belgrade may be far from choosing differences that they share.
During an interview given for N1 in Sarajevo, Bolton has said that the eventual agreement between Pristina and Belgrade on the issue of exchange of territories should not affect the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“As far as Kosovo and Serbia are concerned, if they could reach agreement on exchange of territories, within the dialogue that would solve all outstanding issues and bring economic and diplomatic relations, I think we would probably support it. But, other countries of the region in particular Bosnia, I think we should clearly say that the bilateral agreement between Kosovo and Serbia would have no impact in Bosnia, Albania, Romania, Bulgaria or any third party”, Bolton added.
“I'm worried about not making major US engagement in the Balkan region”, US President Donald Trump's former security adviser, has said among other things.
