PDK Secretary General Uran Ismaili has sharply criticised Government and Ministry leadership Health, which is helping to enrich oligarchs, is making citizens poor.
Ismaili has demanded that emergency restrictions be prohibited in citizens' health names and the price ceiling for testing in private labs.
We should not allow any company, however powerful it may be, to become unfairly enriched at the expense of our patients. The health and well-being of citizens cannot be jeopardised because of anyone's financial interests”, said Ishmael.
Full statement by Ismaili Bridge:
Health should be free once and for all of the monopolies and abuses that enrich oligarchs and deplete citizens. Protecting the health of citizens and their own pockets should be the principal principle of all health policies.
For this reason, the next step in stopping extortion in the name of health would be to place the price ceiling for testing in private labs.
From the beginning of the pandemic, I've asked for one very simple thing: mass population testing. Unfortunately, no government was able to do that. License of private institutions for testing is a step forward in fighting pandemic, but should not be seen as replacing the free state-organised testing.
To protect the citizen from financial predators, before private labs were licensed, the Government has had to set price ceilings for all services associated with pandemic.
We should not allow any company, however powerful it may be, to become unfairly enriched at the expense of our patients. The health and well - being of citizens cannot be endangered by anyone's financial interests.
