LDK Chairman Isa Mustafa, prior to meeting with the coalition partners and Prime Minister Hoti, due to be held this afternoon, told Kosova Pres that there is no mood for the majority for elections, despite its fears.
The week before the Vetevendosje Movement has initiated a no-confidence motion against the Hoti Government, but Mustafa says the motion is a challenge to Vetevendosje itself, not even the LDK.
When it comes to the VV's motion initiative, we have no trouble going to the polls when the majority decides. I don't see the majority supply for government collapse and other elections. That's why the motion is that it's a challenge for Vetevendosje and not for the LDK, because they have the letters left in their hands”, Mustafa said.
The president's post has returned to the political scene. With the mention of a sweeping government, coalition partners launched controversy over whose country's top position is not.
Mustafa for Kosovo Press has said that the party he leads has not been addressed by the president's position. He also said the president's case will not be addressed until they are challenged with the constitutional mandate.
By all means, they have no objections or reconciliation with anyone around this post.
The LDK has not addressed the president's position and will not be treated until we are challenged with the constitutional mandate, so we have no objections, but no reconciliation with anyone”, Mustafa has said.
Days earlier AAK leader Ramush Haradinaj has declared he is ready for the presidential post.
While, Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti will meet with leaders of the ruling coalition partner today. The discussion with LDK Chairman Isa Mustafa, AAK's Ramush Haradinaj and the leader of NISMA Social Democrat, Fatmir Limaj, will be developments thus far in the process of dialogue and expectations for the upcoming meeting at the White House on 4 September.
Part of the discussions will be other issues in the function of implementing the governing programme agreed with coalition partners.
