Hungary closes borders Tuesday, only these people will have exceptions

Gulys has said Hungarian nationals can leave the 14-day quarantine only if they offer two negative tests for COVID-19 disease, which causes coronary.
Exceptions to ban entry will have for military personnel, humanitarian travel as a transitor, as well as diplomatic travel. Gulyas has said the government is considering a series of measures on how fans will be allowed to participate in the football match between Bayern Munich and Seville in Budapest on 24 September.
