Hoti talks about developments at the Decani Monastery: It is traditional to preserve religious objects

Hoti has been criticised after ordering to stop street work on the Decan plan, saying they entered the defense area of the Decani Monastery.

He wrote through an English-language post that the people of Kosovo defend the values of each ethnicity and religion.

Otherwise, during the weekend, land dispute has returned, which according to a 2016 Constitutional Court ruling belongs to the Decani monastery.

Representatives of the Decani Monastery complained that they have started work on the Decan Street Plav, considering it a violation of the Constitutional Court's decision and the Kosovo Special Protection Act.

Following the suspension of works by Prime Minister Hoti, Decani Mayor Bashkim Ramosaj has reacted, who said they will continue street work at any cost.
