Health staff won't get additions this month

Additionals of 300 euros for July and August will not enjoy health personnel at the end of this month, Online Economy reports.

Unofficially from the State Treasury have told Online Economy that additions will not be executed at the end of this month, because the list has not yet been submitted by the Ministry of Health. And the latter, they say the reason for not paying so far is that the lists coming in this ministry from SHKKUK have had incompatibility with the criteria of the Government's decision and its guidelines.

The Ministry of Health would like to announce that the reason for not paying until now the additional 300 euros for categories according to the Government decision of the Republic of Kosovo No. 0518 on the 2907. 2020 for USKKUK employees is that USSKKKKK's revenue lists have had incompatibility to the criteria of the Government's decision and its guidelines”, said in their response.

For this reason, SHSKUK as a budgetary organisation has returned the lists to be revised by managers so that the government's decision is consistent. Unless proper revisions are made on these lists, payment will not be possible.

“Sic is known, the Government of the Republic of Kosovo's decision on monthly extensions worth 300 euros concerns doctors, nurses and technicians, who have been directly dealing with patients with Ovid-19 and with categories of professionals from institutions like:

• IKPK,

• The National Blood Transfusion Center,

• The Department of Health in Prison,

• USKKUK and General Hospitals as its entities as well

• QKMFs in the municipality.

According to the decision, budgetary organisations (listed above) are responsible for preparing and adopting paperwork through the organisation's Chief Administrator and Financial Officers, the list of their health personnel and the same others forwards to the Ministry of Health, which after stating compliance with its decision criteria and guidelines, sends those lists to the Kosovo Treasury (finance Minister) for processing according to the wage system, respectively for reform payment for two months along with the month's salary of the month led to the municipality.
